All services are non refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider… not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 72 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complementary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.
It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.
No refunds on packages. All sales are final and not refundable.
We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase
We send automated confirmation emails/texts four days before your scheduled service. Please respond within 24 hours so we know to hold your appointment. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of the confirmation email/text being sent we will need to cancel your appointment to open the space.
We understand that life happens and sometimes cancelling/rescheduling is necessary. However, last minute cancellations and “no show” appointments cost our talented staff money.
Please reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least 48-hour notice. After 2 cancellations with less than 48-hour notice, additional cancellations will be charged 50% of the value of the booked service.
NO SHOWS = NO GO
If you “no show” an appointment without calling or emailing about your inability to make it we will not be able to pre-schedule another appointment for you. You are always welcome to walk-in and wait for the next available stylist.
